- I grew up in Chestnut Hill, PA. a suburb of Philadelphia Pa. My father was a pioneer radio personality Kae Williams Sr. who promoted shows in such venues as the well known Uptown Theatre, The Tower and Liberty Theaters. He also owned and operated Kae Williams Record Shop in North Philadelphia. My early exposure to the power of media communications inspired me to learn more about the process of human communication. >
